Do you offer free API credits before I purchase a paid plan?

Yes, new users are offered a small amount of free complementary credits to test our API products. Purchasing a plan is needed once the free credits run out.

What are the benefits of monthly or yearly API subscriptions?

Monthly and yearly API subscriptions come with volume discounts and are handy compared to manually buying one-off subscriptions every time.

What if I need more API queries in the future?
You can purchase another API subscription to top up your API query balance for a given product. Or you can cancel an existing subscription and purchase another one that offer more queries per month.

Will I be able to easily cancel a monthly or yearly API subscription if I don't need it anymore?

Yes, you will be able to manually cancel monthly or yearly subscriptions from your user area by clicking the "Edit subscription" link then on the "Cancel subscription" button next to the subscription you want to cancel. Note that your subscription will remain effective until the end of the current billing period.

What are the payment methods?

We currently accept credit cards, PayPal, major cryptocurrencies. For instructions on how to pay by Check, Wire transfer, or other options, please contact service.desk@whoisxmlapi.com.
